Good location , clean large room , manager helped find parking for large truck
Was accused of extra people staying and attempted to charge me extra . Owner/ manager was very arrogant and argumentative. Was asked to make sure no drugs were being done in room . Very awkward as the hallway smelled of marijuana. We were called at 10 am as a reminder that checkout was at 11 never had that happen before anywhere else . The room I booked was given to other guests whom he explained were staying longer . I did not get my king room but paid same price . Overall I did not feel welcomed or wanted .I was made to feel that my stay and reservation through Booked.net was an inconvience .

The location was prime.
The price was outrageous but it was Pride Parade and Fireworks. Our hotel room smelled very musty and old. The ac broke but was able to be fixed. The Elevator was so old and broke down while we were there.

This hotel on Robson Street was an amazing find! The value for money was unbeatable - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. The staff were so attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were well kept and very clean, and I loved the attention to detail with the crisp towels and fresh linens. The location was perfect for exploring the city - I could easily walk to all the sights. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.
Everything was spot on!

The hotel is in a convenient spot right downtown Vancouver on Robson Street.
This hotel badly needs to be updated. The common areas are worn and out of date and the booking said there was a hot tub but there was no hot tub when we arrived. This is not a $200 a night hotel. It amazes me that they are able to charge so much in the summer time. About $80 a night would be a fair price. If I had seen this hotel in person, I would not have booked it for $200 a night.

The location was excellent
The air conditioner was more like a room decoration. No matter what, it did nothing. Whether set on high, or low, fan or ac, regardless of the fact that I took the filter out and cleaned it, it did absolutely nothing. We came to town in late July so it was hot. The ac needed to be working. Either make the ac work or stop saying your rooms include ac. My room was 303

The Robsonstrasse Hotel And Suites offers excellent value for your money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high period in Vancouver. The location is fantastic, right on Robson Street, with plenty of shopping options nearby. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities are well-maintained and very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail in their upkeep.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

I travel the world on business (shanghai, hong kong, mumbai, us, etc.) and I was excited about visiting Vancouver for the first time. Do to a booking error by my office, I was left to find a hotel last minute. With the Stanley Cup in town and a large international conference, there were only a few rooms left in the whole city! That is how I stumbled upon the Robsonstrasse. I blindly made a reservation and hoped for the best. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My 'suite' included a coach that looked like it was bought at a rummage sale, a 20 tv with a remote that didnt work, a plastic underlining of the sheets (you know for bed wetters?), an exposed circuit breaker which was to be used by the hotel guest for the times when the power went out in the room (as it often did if you used the microwave and the inwindow air unit at the same time), the maid didnt come until 5-6pm at night, and I couldnt plug my computer into the wall outlet without turning on the lightswitch to the entire room! Do not ever stay here, even if its free.

It was only the available hotel from may 30 to jun 4, 2011 which is near the venue of my seminar.
Price is high. You can find cheaper hotels with better facilities.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel on the lively Robson Street. The value for money was exceptional, especially with the favorable exchange rate. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the well-kept and very clean rooms. The hotel's location on Robson Street was perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife and shopping options. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.
